What is cotton renforcé?
Cotton renforcé bedding, flannel , muslin ... Duvet covers are available in many different fabrics. In this article, we'll look at renforcé cotton, a cool and soft fabric that can be used all year round!
Renforcé = reinforced
Renforcé comes from the French and means 'strengthened'. Cotton renforcé means 'reinforced cotton'. The cotton is woven in a special way (with a flat weave) so that the fabric is reinforced and stronger than regular cotton. A renforcé duvet cover is therefore more durable and feels nice and soft so you can sleep comfortably under it!
The renforcé cotton fabric feels pleasant and cool,
absorbs moisture and regulates temperature.
The advantages of Renforcé bed linen:
- Robust and durable cotton
- Feels comfortable and soft
- Absorbs moisture and regulates temperature
- Easy to maintain
- Front and back look identical
- The fabric does not warp or pill
How do you care for cotton renforcé?
